About Us
Our focus is on small businesses and entrepreneurs who want to gradually and sustainably build not just a business but a lifestyle.

Our unique journey
I began my consulting career in Upstate New York, a region where steady work was scarce and computer resources were virtually nonexistent at the time. My first clients were independent contractors looking to modernize their offices and implement cost-saving technology. During this period, I also enjoyed creating single-page websites for a variety of clients, ranging from small businesses to family reunion events.
In 2003, I relocated to Orlando, Florida. My first major project there involved taking over operations for a small pest control company. I developed a custom scheduling system that significantly reduced wasted travel time and improved customer satisfaction by enhancing response times. Additionally, I discovered opportunities for cross-promotion by partnering with companies that supported the pest control business, successfully securing multiple cross-listing arrangements for its products.
From 2004 to 2006, I expanded my skill set through various part-time and temporary roles, including cashiering, jewelry sales, tax preparation, and phone sales. Alongside these roles, I worked on numerous consulting projects, setting up home and small business offices, designing websites, and introducing clients to basic social media strategies to boost their visibility and engagement.
In August 2007, I returned to consulting full-time. I was working with international clients, including foreign investors interested in U.S.-based projects. Following a particularly successful engagement in Morocco, I took six months off in April 2009 to backpack through Europe. This journey led to an unexpected opportunity to move to Egypt, where I lived for two years.
While in Egypt, I resided in the North Sinai region near the borders of Israel and Palestine. There, I contributed to building language programs for both a private school and the Sinai Agricultural University. My focus was on preparing students for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), helping them achieve their academic and professional goals.
In 2012, I returned to the United States and I've been offering affordable administrative and bookkeeping services as well as account clean up and administrative streamlining.

Beyond the ordinary
Here's the Thing ...
A majority of entrepreneurs are acting on a dream of sharing something that they love. Whether they be creators or providing a service, they know the subject of their dream through and through. I have come across several business owners who started small, almost as a hobby, and when they decided to get serious, they realized they needed to deal with ADMINISTRATION. It's overwhelming. Customer service. Billing. Scheduling. It starts to suck the life out of you, and then you remember that Aunt Gladys worked as a secretary. She sets up your office for you, and things seem fine for a few years until she retires and moves to Boca Raton. You don't understand her filing system, who are your vendors, what insurance form????
Another key challenge entrepreneurs face is scaling their business sustainably. As customer demand grows, the systems and processes that worked in the early days often become inadequate. Suddenly, what felt manageable becomes overwhelming without the right tools or team to support growth. You realize you can't do it all alone, but hiring the right people or implementing effective systems can feel like a monumental task. Without a clear strategy to scale, you risk losing that special personal touch that made your business unique in the first place, and that’s a scary thought for any entrepreneur.
*Key Impacts of Compliance Ignorance:
Financial Penalties & Costs: Non-compliance leads to huge fines, legal fees, and remediation costs, which can exceed the cost of compliance itself.
Business Disruption: Violations can halt operations, costing millions and causing significant downtime.
Reputational Damage: Loss of customer trust and brand value can be severe, with many customers avoiding non-compliant businesses.
Hindered Growth: For small businesses, regulatory compliance often takes significant time and resources, slowing growth.
Statistics Showing the Risk:
51% of small businesses say regulatory compliance hinders growth.
60% of business owners struggle with compliance.
78% of customers would avoid businesses involved in data breaches.
